Galaxy S III has a general score of 69.7, which is a little bit better than the Galaxy Note T-Mobile's 65.6 overall score. The Galaxy S III is a noticeably lighter and thinner cellphone than Galaxy Note T-Mobile, even though both were released with only a couple of months difference. Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S III has a more recent 4.3 version and Galaxy Note T-Mobile has Android 4.0.3, giving lots of additional features.

Galaxy S III counts with a bit sharper display than Galaxy Note T-Mobile, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a bit better screen density. Samsung Galaxy S III features a superior processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Note T-Mobile, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Samsung Galaxy S III also has a GPU and 2 more cpu cores (but slower).
