The Xiaomi Redmi Y1 is just a bit better than the Galaxy Note T-Mobile, having a overall score of 72.1 against 65.6. Xiaomi Redmi Y1 is a way newer phone, and it is also somewhat lighter and notably thinner than Galaxy Note T-Mobile. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Redmi Y1 has a newer 7.0 Nougat version and Galaxy Note T-Mobile has Android 4.0.3 version, so it provides some extra features.
