Even though Galaxy Note10 Lite is newer than the LG G7 ThinQ, it's somewhat heavier and just a little thicker. Both devices in this comparison come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Note10 Lite has the previous 11 version while LG G7 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie version.
