Galaxy Note10 is much better than Google Pixel, with an 89 score against 80.2. The Galaxy Note10 construction is much newer and a bit thinner than the Google Pixel's, although it's also heavier. Google Pixel counts with a slightly better looking screen than Galaxy Note10, because although it has a really smaller display and a little lower resolution of 1080 x 1920px, it also counts with a little higher quantity of pixels in each inch of display.

Samsung Galaxy Note10 features much more storage capacity for apps and games than Google Pixel, because it has 256 GB internal storage. The Galaxy Note10 counts with a little bit better processing power than Google Pixel, because it has more RAM memory and a larger number of cores. The Samsung Galaxy Note10 has a little bit better camera than Google Pixel, because although it has a lower 3840x2160 video resolution, a smaller sensor and a lower 12 megapixels resolution camera, it also counts with a much bigger diafragm aperture to take better low-light photography.

Galaxy Note10 counts with greater battery life than Google Pixel, because it has 3500mAh of battery capacity.

Although Galaxy Note10 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Google Pixel, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Google Pixel. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy the Google Pixel, letting go a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your budget.
