Samsung Galaxy Note10 is better than the Huawei P30 Lite, getting a score of 89 against 77. The Samsung Galaxy Note10 construction is just a little heavier and just a little bit thicker than Huawei P30 Lite. The Galaxy Note10 and the Huawei P30 Lite have quite similar screens, because although the Huawei P30 Lite has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little better count of pixels in each display inch and a slightly better 1080 x 2312 resolution.
Huawei P30 Lite features a slightly better memory for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Note10, because although it has just 128 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 512 GB. The Galaxy Note10 counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Huawei P30 Lite, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy Note10 also has 4 GB more RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy Note10 features a superior camera than Huawei P30 Lite, because although it has a lot smaller back camera sensor which gives a way worse photo and video quality and a back facing camera with a lot worse 12 mega pixels resolution, it also counts with a much higher (4K) video definition and a bigger aperture for better photos and videos in poorly lited environments.

Galaxy Note10 costs a lot more than Huawei P30 Lite, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
