The Galaxy Note10 is better than Moto G31, with a score of 89 against 77. The Galaxy Note10 is an a lot older phone than Moto G31, but Samsung managed to make it just a little lighter and a little bit thinner. The Galaxy Note10 and the Moto G31 both feature extremely similar screens, although the Moto G31 also has a little bigger screen, a little bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a bit higher pixel density.
Galaxy Note10 counts with a little bit more storage to install games and applications than Moto G31, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 192 GB more internal storage capacity.
