Comparison review
The Galaxy Note10 is much better than the Moto Z3, having a score of 89 against 77.6. Galaxy Note10's construction is newer than the Moto Z3's, although it's somewhat thicker and just a little bit heavier. Moto Z3 features a screen that is just as good as the display in Galaxy Note10, because although the Moto Z3 has a little worse 1080 x 2160px resolution and a quite smaller display, it also counts with a quite better screen pixels density.
Motorola Moto Z3 has a better memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Note10, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 1,95 TB. Samsung Galaxy Note10 has a bit more powerful CPU than Moto Z3, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note10 also has more RAM memory.
The Galaxy Note10 counts with a bit superior battery duration than Moto Z3, because it has a 3500mAh battery size. The Samsung Galaxy Note10 features just a bit better camera than Motorola Moto Z3, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and a back-facing camera with a 12 mega pixels, the Samsung Galaxy Note10 also has a larger back camera sensor providing a higher image quality, a way bigger aperture and higher video frame rates.
Although Galaxy Note10 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Moto Z3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Moto Z3. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can buy the Moto Z3, giving up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
