Samsung Galaxy Note10 is better than Galaxy Alpha, getting an 89 score against 76.3. The Samsung Galaxy Note10 construction is thicker and much heavier than Galaxy Alpha. The Galaxy Note10 has a little better hardware performance than Galaxy Alpha, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM and a higher number of cores.

The Samsung Galaxy Alpha counts with a bit sharper screen than Galaxy Note10, although it has a little lower quantity of pixels per inch in the screen, a lot smaller screen and a way worse 1280 x 720px resolution. The Galaxy Note10 captures a little bit better photographs and videos than Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and a 12 MP resolution back facing camera, the Galaxy Note10 also has better 60 fps video frame rates and a much larger camera aperture for better low light photos.

Galaxy Note10 counts with a way bigger memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy Alpha, because it has 256 GB internal memory. The Galaxy Note10 features a superior battery lifetime than Galaxy Alpha, because it has an 88% greater battery capacity.

Although Galaxy Note10 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy Alpha, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy Alpha. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy Note10, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Galaxy Alpha, resigning some features and specs.
