Samsung Galaxy S6 has a much better looking screen than Galaxy Note10, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and a better number of pixels per display inch. Galaxy Note10 features a very superior memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S6, because it has 256 GB internal storage.

Galaxy Note10 has improved battery life than Galaxy S6, because it has a 37% bigger battery size. The Samsung Galaxy Note10 counts with a little bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy S6, because although it has a much less mega pixels resolution back-facing camera and a worse video resolution, it also counts with a larger sensor which gives a better image and video quality and a lot bigger aperture to take better photos and video in poorly lited situations.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note10 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Galaxy S6, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy S6. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Note10, else you can save some dollars and buy the Galaxy S6, resigning a couple features and specifications.
