Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Note10 has a score of 89, which is a bit better than Xiaomi Mi 8's 83.3 score. Although the Samsung Galaxy Note10 is a bit thicker than the Xiaomi Mi 8, it's just a little bit lighter and also newer. The Xiaomi Mi 8 and Galaxy Note10 count with similar processors, and although the Xiaomi Mi 8 has 2 GB less RAM, they both have 8 processing cores.
The Xiaomi Mi 8 features a little more vivid display than Galaxy Note10, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2248px and a bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit higher display density. The Xiaomi Mi 8 and Samsung Galaxy Note10 both have really similar memory for applications, games, photos and videos, both of them have exactly the same 256 GB internal memory capacity.
The Galaxy Note10 has a slightly better camera than Xiaomi Mi 8, and although they both have a same size back camera sensor, a camera in the back with a 12 megapixels resolution and the same (4K) video resolution, the Galaxy Note10 also has a bigger diafragm aperture for better captures and video in poorly lited environments and faster video frame rates.
Galaxy Note10 has a little longer battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 8, because it has a 3500mAh battery capacity instead of 3400mAh.
