Galaxy Note3 has an overall score of 77.7, which is slightly better than the HTC U Ultra's general score of 77. Even though Galaxy Note3 is incredibly older and a little bit thicker than HTC U Ultra, it's body is still just a little lighter. The HTC U Ultra has a little sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Note3, and although they both have a same size screen, the HTC U Ultra also has a higher 1440 x 2560 resolution and more pixels per display inch.
The HTC U Ultra counts with a way bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Galaxy Note3, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal memory, the HTC U Ultra also has a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 1,95 TB. The Samsung Galaxy Note3 counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than HTC U Ultra, although it has less RAM, they both have 4 CPU cores.
HTC U Ultra captures just a bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy Note3, because although it has a lower (4K) video resolution and a less MP back-facing camera, it also counts with a lot bigger sensor which provides a lot better photo and video quality and a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low-light photos.
Galaxy Note3 features just a little better battery life than HTC U Ultra, because it has 3200mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
