The Moto G30 body is noticeably newer than Galaxy Note3's, but it is heavier and a little thicker. The Motorola Moto G30 features a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Note3, because it has 1 GB more RAM and a larger number of cores.

Samsung Galaxy Note3 counts with a bit sharper display than Motorola Moto G30, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1080 x 1920px and a higher pixels number per display inch.
