Galaxy A31 has an overall score of 81.3, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy Note3's 77.7 overall score. Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy A31 has 10 version while Galaxy Note3 has Android 4.4.2. The Galaxy A31 body is a lot newer, but a bit heavier and a bit thicker than the Galaxy Note3.
