The Galaxy C7 has a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy Note3, because it has a higher amount of RAM and a higher number of cores (although they are slower).
The Samsung Galaxy Note3 shoots a bit better photos and videos than Galaxy C7, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for taking pictures and/or video in low light situations and a lower 13 MP resolution camera, it also counts with a much better 3840x2160 video quality. Samsung Galaxy C7 has a little bit better storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy Note3, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy C7 also has an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 128 GB.
