The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a global score of 98.9, which is much better than the Galaxy Note3's 77.7 general score. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has an older 13 version while Galaxy Note3 has Android 4.4.2. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra's construction is extremely newer and a little bit thinner than the Galaxy Note3's, although it's somewhat heavier.
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Note3, because it has 4 more CPU cores and a greater amount of RAM. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a much better looking display than Galaxy Note3, because it has a larger screen, a way better 1440 x 3088 resolution and a better number of pixels per inch in the screen.
Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Note3, because it has a SD card slot that allows up to 1000 GB and 64 GB more internal memory. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra captures way better pictures and videos than Galaxy Note3, because it has a way better video resolution, a larger diafragm aperture to capture better photography in poorly lited situations, a much bigger sensor capturing lot better quality videos and pictures and a camera with way more mega-pixels.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a very superior battery performance than Galaxy Note3, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity instead of 3200mAh.
