The Galaxy S25 Ultra has a global score of 90.7, which is better than Galaxy Note3's general score of 77.7. The Galaxy S25 Ultra is a lighter and thinner phone than Galaxy Note3. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S25 Ultra has 14 version and Galaxy Note3 has Android 4.4.2.
