The Samsung Galaxy S7 edge is a bit better than the Galaxy Note3, with a overall score of 78.1 against 77.7. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge has newer 8.0 Oreo version and Galaxy Note3 has Android 4.4.2 version, so it gives you a couple additional features. Samsung Galaxy S7 edge's design is way newer, just a little bit thinner and a bit lighter than the Galaxy Note3.
The Galaxy S7 edge counts with a bit sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Note3, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a better pixels density.
