The Xiaomi 12S Ultra has a general score of 81, which is slightly better than the Galaxy Note3's score of 77.7. Xiaomi 12S Ultra is a a lot lighter and notably thinner cellphone than the Galaxy Note3. These phones include Android OS, but Xiaomi 12S Ultra has the older 12 version and Galaxy Note3 has Android 4.4.2.
