Comparison review
The Galaxy Note3 is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 8 SE, having a 77.7 score against 75.9. The Galaxy Note3 comes with Android 4.4.2 operating system, while Xiaomi Mi 8 SE has Android operating system. Galaxy Note3's design is much older, just a bit thicker and a bit heavier than the Xiaomi Mi 8 SE.
The Xiaomi Mi 8 SE counts with a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy Note3, because it has 3 GB more RAM and a greater number of cores.
