The Xiaomi Mi 9 SE is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note3, with an 81.4 score against 77.7. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Mi 9 SE has 9.0 Pie version while Samsung Galaxy Note3 has Android 4.4.2, so it provides some nice extra features and a performance increase. Xiaomi Mi 9 SE is a a lot newer phone, and it's also a little lighter and somewhat thinner than Samsung Galaxy Note3.
