The Xiaomi Mi 9T has a general score of 82.2, which is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy Note3's 77.7 general score. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Mi 9T has the older 10 version and Samsung Galaxy Note3 has Android 4.4.2 version.
