Huawei Mate 40 Pro has an overall score of 90.9, which is better than Galaxy Note4's 77.6 score. Huawei Mate 40 Pro's design is notably newer, but just a little bit thicker and somewhat heavier than the Galaxy Note4. The Samsung Galaxy Note4 features a little more vivid screen than Huawei Mate 40 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller screen and a bit lower resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels, it also counts with a just a little higher display density.
The Huawei Mate 40 Pro counts with a much better memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy Note4, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity. Huawei Mate 40 Pro features a bit better processor than Samsung Galaxy Note4, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate 40 Pro also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
Huawei Mate 40 Pro shoots a lot better photos and videos than Galaxy Note4, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition, the Huawei Mate 40 Pro also has a bigger aperture to capture better captures in poorly lited situations, a back-facing camera with lot more mega-pixels, higher 60 frames per second video frame rates and a way larger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
Huawei Mate 40 Pro has a very superior battery lifetime than Galaxy Note4, because it has a 37% larger battery capacity.
