The Huawei Mate 9 Pro has a general score of 78.7, which is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy Note4's general score of 77.6. The Huawei Mate 9 Pro design is extremely newer, a bit lighter and just a little bit thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Note4. Huawei Mate 9 Pro features a bit more powerful CPU than Samsung Galaxy Note4, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Huawei Mate 9 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM.
Huawei Mate 9 Pro features a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Note4, because although it has a quite smaller display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1440 x 2560, the Huawei Mate 9 Pro also counts with a just a little greater screen pixel density. Huawei Mate 9 Pro counts with a much better storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Note4, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.
The Galaxy Note4 captures clearer videos and photos than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, and although they both have a F2.2 aperture, the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same video quality, the Galaxy Note4 also has a bigger back-facing camera sensor taking better quality pictures and videos and a back-facing camera with much more MP.
Huawei Mate 9 Pro has greater battery life than Samsung Galaxy Note4, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3220mAh.
