Comparison review
Galaxy Note4 has a global score of 77.6, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi Max's overall score of 77.5. Galaxy Note4's design is lighter than Xiaomi Mi Max, although it's a little bit thicker and was released around a year before. The Samsung Galaxy Note4 counts with a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi Max, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores.
Galaxy Note4 features a more vivid display than Xiaomi Mi Max, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 and a greater pixel density. The Xiaomi Mi Max features a much better storage to install applications and games than Galaxy Note4, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity and an external memory card slot that allows up to 256 GB.
The Galaxy Note4 features just a bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi Max, although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not so good for capturing photos in poorly lited situations, they both have the same video frame rates, a 16 mega-pixels back camera and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.
Xiaomi Mi Max counts with a much longer battery performance than Galaxy Note4, because it has a 4850mAh battery capacity.
