The Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate is much better than the Galaxy Note5, with a 94 score against 80.2. Although the Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate is a lot newer than Galaxy Note5, it is a lot heavier and extremely thicker. The Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate counts with a little more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because although it has a bit lower 1080 x 2448 pixels resolution and a little bit worse number of pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a bigger display.
