Comparison review

Galaxy Note5 is a bit better than the Huawei Mate 8, with an 80.2 score against 77.4. Although the Galaxy Note5 and the Huawei Mate 8 were only released 3 months apart, the Galaxy Note5 is a bit lighter and just a bit thinner. Samsung Galaxy Note5 counts with a bit better screen than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a better pixel density and a higher 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution.

The Huawei Mate 8 counts with a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Note5. Both of them have a Octa-Core CPU and the same RAM memory amount. Huawei Mate 8 features a much better storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Note5, because it has more internal memory and a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 128 GB.

Galaxy Note5 takes slightly better pictures and videos than Huawei Mate 8, and although they both have a 16 mega-pixels camera in the back, the Galaxy Note5 also has a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a bigger aperture. The Huawei Mate 8 counts with superior battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
