The Galaxy Note5 has an overall score of 80.2, which is slightly better than the Motorola Edge (2024)'s 78.5 overall score. Galaxy Note5's body is a bit lighter and just a bit thinner than Motorola Edge (2024), despite of the fact that it was released many years before. Galaxy Note5 features a lot better hardware performance than Motorola Edge (2024), although it has 4 GB less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit.

Motorola Edge (2024) features a little bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because although it has a bit lower 1080 x 2400 resolution and a quite lower pixel density, it also counts with a bigger screen. The Motorola Edge (2024) counts with a very superior storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because it has 256 GB internal memory.

The Motorola Edge (2024) has a superior battery performance than Galaxy Note5, because it has a 5000mAh battery size instead of 3000mAh. The Motorola Edge (2024) has a bit better camera than Galaxy Note5, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same (4K) video resolution, the Motorola Edge (2024) also has a lot more mega-pixels back facing camera, a lot larger camera sensor which gives a lot higher photo and video quality and a larger camera aperture for better captures and videos in low-light environments.
