The Moto G 5G Plus has a general score of 82.6, which is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note5's 80.2 overall score. Although Moto G 5G Plus is a lot newer than the Samsung Galaxy Note5, it is heavier and somewhat thicker. The Galaxy Note5 has just a bit better display than Moto G 5G Plus, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a little higher resolution of 1440 x 2560px and a better screen pixels density.

Motorola Moto G 5G Plus features a very superior storage capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note5, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the Motorola Moto G 5G Plus also has a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 1000 GB. Motorola Moto G 5G Plus counts with a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Note5. They have a Octa-Core processing unit and a 4 GB RAM.

Moto G 5G Plus features a way better battery duration than Galaxy Note5, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh. The Moto G 5G Plus captures much better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note5, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same (4K) video definition, the Moto G 5G Plus also has a bigger camera aperture for better photos in poorly lited situations, a way bigger sensor taking much better quality photos and videos and a back-facing camera with lot more mega-pixels.
