Even though Galaxy Note5 is much older than Motorola ThinkPhone, it's body is a little thinner and just a little lighter. The Galaxy Note5 counts with a really superior hardware performance than Motorola ThinkPhone, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a higher number of cores.

The Motorola ThinkPhone has a little bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because although it has a little bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2400 and a little less pixels per inch in the display, it also counts with a larger display.
