Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Note5 is slightly better than the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G, having an 80.2 score against 79.8. The Samsung Galaxy Note5 is an a lot older phone than OnePlus 7 Pro 5G, but it is thinner and somewhat lighter anyway. The OnePlus 7 Pro 5G features a bit more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because although it has a quite inferior count of pixels per inch of display, it also counts with a larger display and a slightly better resolution of 1440 x 3120.
The OnePlus 7 Pro 5G counts with a much better storage for games and applications than Galaxy Note5, because it has 192 GB more internal storage. OnePlus 7 Pro 5G features a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy Note5, and although they both have 8 cores, the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G also has a higher amount of RAM.
OnePlus 7 Pro 5G features greater battery life than Galaxy Note5, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity instead of 3000mAh. OnePlus 7 Pro 5G captures much clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy Note5, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition, the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G also has a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor which offers a lot higher image and video quality, a larger diafragm aperture to take better images and video in poorly lited situations, a back camera with a much higher 48 MP resolution and faster video frame rate.
