Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Note5 is just a bit better than the OnePlus 9, getting a score of 80.2 against 76. Samsung Galaxy Note5's construction is lighter and somewhat thinner than OnePlus 9, even though it was released many years before. The OnePlus 9 counts with just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy Note5, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the OnePlus 9 also has 4 GB more RAM memory.
The Galaxy Note5 features a little bit better looking display than OnePlus 9, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher pixels amount per screen inch and a higher 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution. OnePlus 9 takes much better photos and videos than Galaxy Note5, because it has a larger diafragm aperture, a much better 48 MP resolution back-facing camera, a way bigger camera sensor providing a lot higher image quality and a way better video definition.
OnePlus 9 features a much better storage capacity for apps and games than Galaxy Note5, because it has 64 GB more internal storage. The OnePlus 9 counts with a much better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because it has a 50 percent greater battery capacity.
