Galaxy Note5 has a global score of 80.2, which is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017)'s 75.8 score. Despite of the fact the Galaxy Note5 is older and just a little heavier than the Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017), it's design is still just a little bit thinner. Samsung Galaxy Note5 counts with a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017), and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note5 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.

Galaxy Note5 has just a bit better display than Galaxy A5 (2017), because it has a little larger display, a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a bit more pixels per inch in the screen. Samsung Galaxy Note5 shoots just a bit better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017), and although they both have a same resolution back-facing camera and a same size camera aperture, the Samsung Galaxy Note5 also has a lot higher (4K) video definition.

The Galaxy A5 (2017) counts with a bigger memory for games and applications than Galaxy Note5, because although it has only 32 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 256 GB. Galaxy A5 (2017)'s battery duration is just as good as the Galaxy Note5 one.
