The Galaxy Note5 is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018), getting an 80.2 score against 79.2. Although Galaxy Note5 is older than the Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018), it's design is just a bit thinner and just a bit lighter. Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018)'s processor is just as good as the Galaxy Note5 one, both have 4 GB of RAM memory and 8 processing cores.

The Galaxy Note5 features a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy A8 (2018), because it has a higher 1440 x 2560 resolution, a bit larger screen and a little bit higher pixel quantity per inch of screen. The Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) features a very superior storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note5, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) also has an external memory card slot that admits up to 256 GB.

The Samsung Galaxy Note5 captures a bit better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018), because although it has a tinier aperture, and they both have a same resolution back camera, the Samsung Galaxy Note5 also counts with a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.
