Samsung Galaxy Note5 is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Note7, with an 80.2 score against 79.5. Samsung Galaxy Note5's design is a little thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Note7, but it is just a little heavier and was released just 12 months before. Samsung Galaxy Note5 features a little bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Note7. Both of them have the same display density, the same exact resolution of 1440 x 2560px and a screen of the same size.
Galaxy Note7 has a lot bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Note5, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Galaxy Note7 also has an external memory card slot that allows up to 256 GB.
