Samsung Galaxy S8 is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy Note5, having an 81.7 score against 80.2. Even though Samsung Galaxy S8 is just a little thicker than Samsung Galaxy Note5, it's a bit lighter and newer. Galaxy S8 features just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy Note5. Both have 8 CPU cores and 4 GB of RAM memory.

Samsung Galaxy S8 has a little bit better looking screen than Galaxy Note5, because it has a just a little more pixels per screen inch, a quite bigger screen and a bit higher 1440 x 2960 pixels resolution. The Galaxy S8 has much more storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Note5, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Galaxy S8 also has a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 256 GB.

Galaxy S8 and Galaxy Note5 both count with really similar batteries duration. The Galaxy Note5 shoots just a bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy S8, because although it has a smaller sensor taking lower quality videos and photos and a tinier camera aperture which is not favorable for low light captures, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Galaxy Note5 also counts with a camera in the back with way more mega pixels.
