Comparison review
The Sony Xperia 1 is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note5, having an 82.6 score against 80.2. Although the Sony Xperia 1 is a lot newer than the Samsung Galaxy Note5, it's just a little heavier and just a bit thicker. The Xperia 1 features a little bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Note5, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xperia 1 also has 2 GB more RAM.
The Xperia 1 has a more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because it has a just a little higher pixel number in each inch in the screen, a higher 1644 x 3840px resolution and a quite larger display. Xperia 1 counts with a very superior memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy Note5, because it has a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 512 GB and 128 GB internal storage capacity.
Sony Xperia 1 features a bit superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because it has an 11% greater battery capacity. Samsung Galaxy Note5 features a slightly better camera than Xperia 1, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not so good for capturing pictures and video in low light situations, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same sensor size, the Samsung Galaxy Note5 also counts with a camera in the back with much more mega-pixels and faster video frame rate.
