The Samsung Galaxy Note5 is a bit better than the Xperia XA2 Plus, getting a overall score of 80.2 against 78.6. Although the Samsung Galaxy Note5 is noticeably older than the Xperia XA2 Plus, it's body is lighter and extremely thinner. Galaxy Note5 counts with a little more vivid display than Xperia XA2 Plus, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the screen and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560px.

The Xperia XA2 Plus features a lot bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Note5, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Xperia XA2 Plus also has an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 400 GB. Sony Xperia XA2 Plus counts with just a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Note5, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Sony Xperia XA2 Plus also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
