Samsung Galaxy Note5 is just a bit better than Xperia XZs, getting a score of 80.2 against 77.2. The Samsung Galaxy Note5 is an older and a little heavier cellphone than Xperia XZs, but Samsung was able to make it just a bit thinner anyway. Galaxy Note5 has a little better performance than Sony Xperia XZs, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the Galaxy Note5 also has 4 more cpu cores.
Samsung Galaxy Note5 features a bit better display than Xperia XZs, because it has a higher 1440 x 2560 resolution, a just a bit better pixels density and a quite bigger screen. Xperia XZs takes much clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for low light photography and video, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Xperia XZs also counts with a more megapixels camera in the back, better 960 fps video frame rates and a bigger back-facing camera sensor shooting better quality photos.
Xperia XZs has a bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because although it has just 32 GB internal memory, it also counts with an external memory slot that allows up to 256 GB. Samsung Galaxy Note5 counts with just a bit better battery life than Sony Xperia XZs, because it has a 3 percent bigger battery size.
