Galaxy Note5 is slightly better than Xperia Z3, getting an 80.2 score against 77.3. Although Galaxy Note5 is a little bit heavier than the Xperia Z3, it's thinner and newer. The Xperia Z3 features a bit better processing unit than Galaxy Note5, because although it has a lower number of cores (but faster) and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a graphics processing unit.
Xperia Z3 counts with a brighter screen than Galaxy Note5, although it has a quite inferior count of pixels per display inch, a little bit smaller screen and a way worse resolution of 1920 x 1080px. The Sony Xperia Z3 has a little bit more storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Note5, because although it has 0 less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 128 GB.
