Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Note5 is slightly better than Sony Xperia Z4v, with a score of 80.2 against 78.8. Even though Samsung Galaxy Note5 and the Sony Xperia Z4v were released with only 2 months difference, the Samsung Galaxy Note5 construction is somewhat thinner but also a bit heavier. Xperia Z4v counts with just a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xperia Z4v also counts with an additional graphics co-processor.
Xperia Z4v counts with a sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have an equal 2560 x 1440px resolution, the Xperia Z4v also counts with a little greater pixel amount in each inch of screen. Sony Xperia Z4v features a slightly better camera than Galaxy Note5, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for low light photos and videos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Sony Xperia Z4v also counts with a bigger back camera sensor providing a higher image quality and a back facing camera with way more mega-pixels.
Sony Xperia Z4v has a bit more memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Note5, because although it has just 32 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 128 GB. Xperia Z4v's battery lifetime is very similar to the battery performance in Galaxy Note5.
