The Samsung Galaxy Note5 has a score of 80.2, which is just a bit better than the TCL 20 Pro 5G's 76.1 general score. Although the Samsung Galaxy Note5 is much older than the TCL 20 Pro 5G, it's construction is somewhat thinner and lighter. TCL 20 Pro 5G's CPU is just as good as the Samsung Galaxy Note5 one, and although the TCL 20 Pro 5G has more RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit.
The Galaxy Note5 has a little bit better display than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 and a higher pixels amount per display inch. The TCL 20 Pro 5G shoots much better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note5, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the TCL 20 Pro 5G also has a much more mega-pixels back camera, a larger aperture to take better captures and video in poorly lited environments and a lot bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
TCL 20 Pro 5G features much more memory to install applications and games than Galaxy Note5, because it has more internal memory capacity and a SD memory slot that allows up to 1 TB. The TCL 20 Pro 5G counts with a much better battery performance than Galaxy Note5, because it has a 50 percent bigger battery capacity.
