Comparison review
The Galaxy Note5 is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Mi Max, getting an 80.2 score against 77.5. The Galaxy Note5 design has the same thickness than Xiaomi Mi Max, but it's somewhat lighter. The Galaxy Note5 has a bit better CPU than Xiaomi Mi Max. Both of them have the same number of cores and the same RAM memory amount.
Galaxy Note5 features a better looking display than Xiaomi Mi Max, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and more pixels per display inch. The Galaxy Note5 takes clearer videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi Max, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition, the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and a same resolution back-facing camera, the Galaxy Note5 also has a bigger camera aperture.
The Xiaomi Mi Max counts with a much bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy Note5, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity and a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 256 GB. The Xiaomi Mi Max features a very superior battery lifetime than Galaxy Note5, because it has a 62 percent more battery capacity.
