Comparison review
The Galaxy Note5 is a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, getting an 80.2 score against 77.2. Galaxy Note5's construction is just a little thinner and a little bit lighter than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, even though it was released many years before. Samsung Galaxy Note5 has a bit better processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, although it has 2 GB lesser RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
The Galaxy Note5 features a bit more vivid screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a higher count of pixels per inch of display and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels. Galaxy Note5 captures a bit better photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, because although it has a tinier sensor, and they both have a same size camera aperture, the Galaxy Note5 also counts with a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a much better 16 megapixels resolution back camera.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro features a much bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Note5, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro also has an external memory slot that allows up to 256 GB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro counts with better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because it has a 4000mAh battery size.
