Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 is a bit better than Galaxy Note5, with a overall score of 80.3 against 80.2. Even though Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 is noticeably newer than the Galaxy Note5, it is a little thicker and a little bit heavier. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7's processor is just as good as Galaxy Note5's CPU, they have the same number of cores and 4 GB of RAM memory.
Galaxy Note5 counts with a bit more vivid screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per screen inch and a higher 1440 x 2560px resolution. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 features a better camera than Galaxy Note5, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 also has a larger diafragm aperture, a way larger back camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors, faster video frame rate and a camera in the back with a much higher resolution.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 counts with a lot bigger memory to store more games and applications than Galaxy Note5, because it has an external SD slot that holds up to 256 GB and more internal storage. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 has longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.
