Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Note5 has a score of 80.2, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S's 79 general score. Samsung Galaxy Note5 is an way older cellphone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, but it's somewhat lighter and thinner anyway. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S counts with a little faster processing unit than Galaxy Note5. Both have the same RAM amount and a Octa-Core CPU.
The Galaxy Note5 features a little more vivid screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution and a higher display pixels density. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has a lot bigger memory to install applications and games than Galaxy Note5, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S also has an external memory card slot that allows up to 512 GB.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S takes much clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note5, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same (4K) video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S also has a larger camera aperture for better photos and video in low light situations, a way better resolution back facing camera and a lot larger back-facing camera sensor which provides a lot higher image and video quality.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S features a much longer battery life than Galaxy Note5, because it has a 5020mAh battery size against 3000mAh.
