Galaxy Note7 is just a bit better than the HTC U Ultra, having a 79.5 score against 77. The Galaxy Note7 design has the same thickness than the HTC U Ultra, but it is just a bit lighter. HTC U Ultra has a display that is very similar to Samsung Galaxy Note7's screen, both of them have the same screen density, a display with the same size and the same resolution of 1440 x 2560px.
HTC U Ultra has a much bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Note7, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the HTC U Ultra also has an external SD slot that holds up to 1,95 TB. The HTC U Ultra and Samsung Galaxy Note7 count with really similar processors, both of them have 4 cpu cores and the same RAM amount.
HTC U Ultra counts with a slightly better camera than Galaxy Note7, because although it has a smaller aperture which is worse for shooting photographs and/or video in low light situations, and they both have a camera with a 12 mega-pixels resolution, the same (4K) video quality and the same video frame rate, the HTC U Ultra also counts with a larger sensor providing a higher image quality.
Galaxy Note7 has just a little better battery life than HTC U Ultra, because it has a 3500mAh battery size against 3000mAh.
