The Samsung Galaxy Note7 is a bit better than Motorola Moto G8 Plus, getting a overall score of 79.5 against 77.6. Even though the Samsung Galaxy Note7 is a lot older than the Motorola Moto G8 Plus, it's design is lighter and somewhat thinner. The Samsung Galaxy Note7 features a little more vivid screen than Moto G8 Plus, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560px and a greater pixel amount per inch of display.
The Moto G8 Plus features a bit bigger storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note7, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Moto G8 Plus also has an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB. Moto G8 Plus features a little faster processing unit than Galaxy Note7, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM memory, the Moto G8 Plus also has more CPU cores (but slower).
The Moto G8 Plus takes a lot better photographs and videos than Galaxy Note7, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the same video quality and a same size aperture, the Moto G8 Plus also has a lot more mega-pixels back camera and a larger sensor providing a higher image quality.
Moto G8 Plus has just a little bit longer battery performance than Galaxy Note7, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3500mAh.
