The Galaxy Note7 is just a bit better than the Sony Xperia Z3, getting a general score of 79.5 against 77.3. The Galaxy Note7 is a newer device, and it's also somewhat thinner and a little lighter than Sony Xperia Z3. The Xperia Z3 features just a bit better performance than Galaxy Note7, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia Z3 also counts with a graphics co-processor.
The Sony Xperia Z3 features a brighter screen than Samsung Galaxy Note7, although it has a lot lower 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution, a little smaller display and a just a little inferior pixel number per inch in the screen. Galaxy Note7 has a little better battery duration than Xperia Z3, because it has a 3500mAh battery capacity.
