Samsung Galaxy Note7 is a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 8 SE, having a overall score of 79.5 against 75.9. Despite being the best phone in this review, the Samsung Galaxy Note7 is an older, just a bit thicker and just a bit heavier phone than Xiaomi Mi 8 SE. Xiaomi Mi 8 SE features a little more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Note7, because although it has a bit lower pixel number in each inch in the display and a little lower resolution of 1080 x 2244px, it also counts with a quite larger screen.
Galaxy Note7 has a lot bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi 8 SE, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the Galaxy Note7 also has a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 256 GB. Xiaomi Mi 8 SE counts with a bit better CPU than Galaxy Note7, because it has a greater amount of RAM and 4 more processing cores.
The Galaxy Note7 counts with a bit better battery performance than Xiaomi Mi 8 SE, because it has a 3500mAh battery capacity instead of 3120mAh. Xiaomi Mi 8 SE has a little bit better camera than Galaxy Note7, although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not nice for taking photos or videos in low light environments and a tinier back camera sensor offering a worse image quality, they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, a same resolution camera and the same video quality.
