Comparison review
The iPhone 12 Pro is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Note8, getting a 92.8 score against 83. The iPhone 12 Pro is a a lot newer phone, and it is also thinner and a little lighter than the Samsung Galaxy Note8. The iPhone 12 Pro has iOS 15.x OS, while Samsung Galaxy Note8 comes with Android 9.0 Pie OS.
The iPhone 12 Pro features a better CPU than Galaxy Note8, because although it has lesser cores (but faster), and they both have the same RAM amount, the iPhone 12 Pro also counts with a 64-bit processor. IPhone 12 Pro has a bit better display than Galaxy Note8, although it has a just a little worse pixels density, a little bit worse 1170 x 2532px resolution and a bit smaller display.
Galaxy Note8 features a bit bigger memory to install applications and games than iPhone 12 Pro, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD card slot that holds a maximum of 256 GB. The Apple iPhone 12 Pro counts with a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note8, and although they both have the same video resolution and the same resolution camera, the Apple iPhone 12 Pro also has a bigger camera aperture and better video frame rates.
Samsung Galaxy Note8 has greater battery performance than Apple iPhone 12 Pro, because it has 3300mAh of battery capacity.
Although Apple iPhone 12 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more than Samsung Galaxy Note8, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy Note8. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Apple iPhone 12 Pro, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy Note8, letting go a couple specifications.
